Renault the kiger SUV the new features

Late last year, Renault came up with the idea for Kiger and while the company has said that 80 percent of the concept car will make a production form, we can see that happening.

Kiger maintains a complete line of ideas for the SUV. The same is true of the front grille with wings, the arches of the burning wheels and the split headlamp. The roof of the house, in turn, descends to the background in the form of an imaginary photograph. What changes though is the tires. While the concept was 19-inches, the production Kiger will play 16-inch rims. Renault also offers six colors to choose from and five access packs to further customize your Kiger.

Now, Kiger is based on the same CMFA + platform that supports Triber and Nissan Magnite.

Renault, however, said the cabinet area is partially occupied by 710mm of space between the front seats and 210 mm of rear leg room. Its boot, too, the company says will be the largest in its 405-liter space and more than double 879 liters with the rear seats folded down.

Enabling Kiger are also similar engine options. One is a naturally desirable 1-liter 72 PS car and the other is a 100 PS 1-liter turbo-petrol engine. A different type of turbo-petrol will get both hand transmission and CVT options.

Inside, Kiger will find a boatload similar to its many competitors.

There is an 8-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automotive technology, voice commands, Arkamys audio system, keyless entry, auto climate control, ambient lighting and -PM 2.5 air filter. What seems to be lacking but is the heat of the sun and almost all of Kiger's rivals like the Kia Sonet, Ford EcoSport and Hyundai Venue offer this program.

Expect prices for the new Renault Kiger to reach the mark of Rs 5.5 lr to Rs 10 lakh. The competition, as mentioned earlier, will come from players like Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Hyundai Venue, Ford EcoSport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Toyota Urban Cruiser.
